It includes everything you need to convert the 6 boxes of the base game into 2 different settings: Winter Highlands and Wild Wasteland. The Terrains expansion is usable with ALL game modes. These are NOT just aesthetic changes! These radically change the gameplay. Each terrain takes a different approach to the location of control areas, the space between control areas, and the terrain around them.
