I got fed up of charging batteries. Thank you Review: Beldray is a belter of a vacuum - This Beldray vacuum is a belter of a hoover. It's super-lightweight and easy to use. But for me, what makes it super is the suction on this little thing! I have a Labrador who sheds a LOT of hair so I wanted something to whip out quickly and clean the kitchen (see photo which shows the hair pulled off the floor even after daily cleaning!). The suction is incredible and I would say far better than a very-expensive-incredibly-well-known-brand that I have replaced twice. My well-known brand does not get to the edges but this Beldray does. It's fabulous for flat floors - tiles and wooden floors - but it's so powerful that it's a challenge to use on vinyl as it feels like it might pull it away from the adhesive. I can just about use it on my doormats but because the suction is so powerful, the stick handle doesn't feel sturdy enough to manoeuvre it easily, but I hold on to the handle and drag it. I think you'd be hard-pushed to use it on carpets. For hard floor surfaces, I really don' think you can get a better vacuum.
