Covers everything you need it to. The drivers side fits pretty well; but doesn't cover about 2-3 inch wide strip of floor, running along the driver's door. These are universal floor mats, so they aren't going to fit every vehicle perfectly. The material is pretty thick and feels sturdy. As several other reviews indicated, there is a strong odor. I soaked them in my laundry sink with dish soap for about 15 minutes; which took away most of the bad smell. The smell should completely go away within a few days. A week tops. For $20, these mats are a fantastic deal and will hold up just as well as the much more expensive custom fit ones.
