In box, looked as nice as the promotional pictures Review: Disappointed for a different reason - As far as the product itself goes, it’s not really that bad at all. I bought this product for a stop-motion project and upon trying to get it to stand up, failed miserably. This is due to one leg being longer than the other. It won’t stand. Even if you somehow manage to manipulate the doll’s legs to stand, the body is all off balance. I was also expecting that the doll would be able to perform at least some abduction/adduction of the hips as the picture kind of denoted it would have such movement. However, it didn’t. As for the rest of the quality for the doll, I’m happy enough. And for the designers original purpose for the doll it’s good enough. But regardless of the lack of hip abduction, having one leg longer than the other makes it only a 3 star product.
