Nice variety of pads to get started and standard sizes as far as I'm aware for easy to find replacements. Plenty of power behind it, its corded so as you'd expect. Just really nice to use, feels solid and vibration in the hand is minimal. Been using for woodworking finish mostly but also got it out on the car and its great in all scenarios. Love the extended shanks, never had those before but they come in handy more often than Id have thought. Good for polishing the insides of wooden bowls. Great bit of kit would recommend for home DIY use, probably not professional level but better than the cheap ones I've had before. Review: Could be better in several respects - This is a review of "AUTIWOZ Mini Buffer Polisher Rotary Polisher Machine for Car Detailing with 33Pcs Polishing Kit, with 1" /2" /3" Base Pads M14 Thread Extension Shaft for Car Boat Sanding Polishing and Waxing" I will preface this review by saying that I have never owned or used a machine of this type previously, so I don't have a baseline for comparison. This comes in a large and heavy cardboard box. Inside there is a light canvas storage bag, the machine itself, and a large selection of heads, plus extension tubes and a spare set of electrical bushes. Multi-lingual instructions are provided and I found them easy enough to follow. The first thing I noticed as the weight of the polisher - much heavier than the size would suggest, and it's top heavy, presumably because that's where the motor is. You get a side handle which can be fitted for left or right handed use - I fitted it immediately and it did help distribute the weight better. The motor is quite noisy at the highest speed - it is easily adjusted using a marked wheel at the bottom of the handle. There is a thumb switch at the side for operation - I found it quite stiff to use. The power lead is reasonably long but in reality this will probably need an extension lead to use. A cordless option would be much better I feel. The various heads are easily used, you just screw in the holder and then apply the appropriate disc - they are velcro-backed. Due to the time of year and ongoing poor weather locally I have not yet had the opportunity to try this out properly on my car, but did try operating it on an old fridge in the garage just to get a feel for it for this review. Due to the weight of it, I think this would become tiresome for me personally to operate over a sustained period - those younger and fitter might have no issue. The overall quality of the package seems basic - the carry bag is very lightweight and has no compartments or pouches to separate the buffer and all of the accessories. The large bag of heads isn't even of the resealable type - I had to rip it open for access. The finish of the actual machine and accessories is... functional. It certainly doesn't have a premium feel to it - whether or not it should at this price point (£89.99 at time of review) I will leave up to you to decide.
