Asmodee Monumental: Standard Edition (French)

Monumental is a huge board game for 1-4 players in which players compete to lead their civilization to posterity. Over the ages, beginning in ancient times, you will gather your armed forces to conquer new territories, advance your scientific research to equip your people with new technologies, build breathtaking wonders with unique powers, and develop your cultural policies to advance to victory. Each civilization begins with its personal arsenal of maps with its cultural characteristics, as well as an army to explore and conquer the different provinces. You have to lead your legions into battle when you need to. With a panel of different and varied units and a richly illustrated modular tray, you can place your armies as desired to expand your influence on the field. As the game progresses, your city, represented by 3 of the 3 maps, will evolve. You start the game with basic buildings and limited interaction, but at the end of the game your city will be full of advanced buildings, powerful wonders and enormous Knowledge. However, you can only activate 5 cards per round, so your choices are difficult, because each card has its use. Deck construction and cross-activation are innovative monumental mechanics.
