Your opponent doesn't know which German national capital is the northernmost or what a bibliophile collects? If you know it, play a Bezzerwizer stone and secure the points. And if you are more interested than capitals, then play a ZWAP stone and simply exchange your geography question with the "Food and drink" question of your opponent.
