An desertcart Brand Review: Excellent quality monitor for the low price! - Well, my HP monitor packed in over the holidays. I reckon it to be a power issue which I was unable to fix, I decided it wasn’t worth getting an expert repair done on it as I’d had the thing for + 8 years. I was dubious about ordering this desertcart Basics monitor due to the low cost. I am amazed at the quality of the video and images. It works perfectly with my work laptop, Nintendo Switch 2 and PS 5. The frame rate copes brilliantly, colours are vibrant with high fidelity imaging. It has in built speakers which sound great. Easy to set up on the provided stand. Highly recommended for an average user if you don’t want to spend £100’s on a top spec monitor. Review: Superb monitor for the price that can strangely pull off 4k! - Great monitor for the price, that can natively run on your PC at 1080p @ 165hz. Its sharp has good colours and acceptable blacks. It also has 1x Display port and 2 HDMI which is great. I also run my PC's speakers from it too because the xbox is plugged in too, so it just swaps between them which is great and sound pass through works perfectly well. It is sturdy with a good sized stand which allows you to move the screen up and down and dip it forwards and backwards too. But here is the kicker, if you plug it into an Xbox Series X it will actually do 4k @ 60hz! Don't ask me why or how, but it does and it looks awesome too!
