The design is ideal for discreet monitoring from the ceiling. The power supply can, e.g. Power over Ethernet, PoE, such as from a router or a recorder, via network cable – especially useful in hard-to-reach installation locations, often saves installation costs. Efficient commissioning & video surveillance recordings can be stored on a recorder, via NAS or microSD card. The motion detection of the surveillance camera and the strong data compression (H.265-Plus up to 4 times more efficient than H.264) ensure efficient memory usage. Even the commissioning is kept slim: via PC/browser or recorder/monitor as well as ABUS IP installer, the user interface of the camera is quickly accessed so that the first live picture can be seen in just a few minutes. Individual settings are also made quickly (e.g. schedules, private zones, etc.). Strong WDR function and IR LEDs for sharp images at any time. The IP camera also masters strongly fluctuating light conditions, e.g. with plenty of backlight in entrance areas or generally outdoors (WDR 120 dB). It also has infrared LEDs for good visibility in dark/night. Mobile App Access The ABUS Link Station app will send users a push message when motion alerts.
