Titanium Diamond Technology heating barrel for faster styling and a flawless finish. Titanium infused with diamond powder guarantees a perfect resistance to high temperatures and wear-out due to intensive professional use. How does this curling iron perform ? Flexibility These tools have 30 temperature settings from 135°C for enhanced hair protection and use on all hair types. How to use the professional curling iron? • Connect and press the “I” button. The iron begins to heat up. Select the desired temperature level using the dimmer. The red indicator light flashes for a few moments until the chosen temperature is reached. When the indicator light becomes fixed, the device is ready for use. • Divide dry hair into equal strands and comb before curling. Press the clip lever, place the iron halfway up the section of hair and distribute the hair evenly between the clip and the tube. Gently pull the curling iron to the end of the hair. To avoid a frizzy result, check that the hair is well wrapped under the clip, in the direction desired for the curl. Place the clip on top of the section to curl the hair inward. To curl the hair outward, place the clip below the section. • Roll the hair up to where the curls will start, taking care not to put the iron in contact with the scalp. Hold the iron in place for 5-8 seconds. For tighter, more springy curls, wrap a few hairs at a time. For looser curls, wrap more hair. • To remove the curling iron, press the lever of the pliers and spread it. To ""set"" the curl, wait until the hair is cool before brushing or combing it. • After use, press the “0” button and unplug the device. Wait for it to cool down before putting it away. • In case of prolonged non-use beyond 72 minutes, an automatic shutdown system (auto shut-off) will allow the device to turn off; this option increases the life of the device and offers perfect security. TEMPERATURE CONTROLE GUIDE How to select the right temperature before curling? • Damaged, coloured or fine : 140°C • Average : 160°C • Thick : 180°C • Very curly : 200°C • Ethnic : 220°C Cleaning & maintenance : Before removing any hair product residues left on the iron • Check that the iron is turned off and unplugged and that it has cooled. • Clean the iron using a damp cloth and non-corrosive detergent or soap.
