Brutal, nightmarish monsters roam the swamps of Louisiana, and you belong to a group of rough gunslingers who are supposed to free the world from them. Banish these creatures from our world, and you will be generously paid - and get the opportunity to buy more cruel, powerful weapons. Fail, death robs you of both your character and gear. However, your experience always remains in your hunter group, called "Bloodline." High risk, high reward, high voltage. Competition-oriented, match-based gameplay blends PvP and PvE elements into a uniquely exciting experience where your life, character and gear are always at stake. At the beginning of each match, up to five teams of two break up to track down their monstrous goals. Once they find and defeat one, they receive a bounty and thus become the target for other hunters on the map on the spot. If you don't keep your eyes open, soon close them forever, and the last thing you remember will be another hunter team running away with your reward. The higher the risk, the higher the reward - but a single mistake can cost you everything. GAME PROGRESS Even in death, you can still rise in the ranks of hunters through your Bloodline. Even if your character dies, their experience is transferred to your Bloodline where you can apply it to your other hunters. If you manage to leave the card alive, you can use the money won and experience to equip new hunters and prepare for the next match. When you die, you lose everything except your experience. Dark sight. Dark Sight allows hunters to look behind the veil between the worlds and make what cannot be seen to mortal eyes visible to initiates. Use Dark Sight when you want to track down monsters, and a ghostly light leads you to your next target. Dark Sight also shows players who have a bounty with them, making them more vulnerable to a raid on their escape. An internet connection is required to play, and for online multiplayer on Xbox consoles an Xbox Live Gold membership (sold separately) is required.
