This achievement has been recognised internationally with the Chromebook 11 receiving both a RedDot design award and a Good Design Award. 4G LTE connectivity means that you’re no longer reliant upon a wi-fi connection to connect to the internet – web browsing, accessing cloud storage, e-mailing or video calling, it can all be done on-the-go anywhere you have a cellular data service available (NB a SIM and service plan from a mobile network provider will be required to make use of this functionality). The Intel Celeron CPU and 4GB of RAM ensure that it’s powerful enough to handle a wide variety of workloads, while the 32GB of eMMC storage offers plenty of space to store classwork and projects. Battery life is another major concern and the Chromebook 11 makes the grade easily, lasting up to 12 hours on a single charge - enough to last through the school day with plenty of time left over for homework in the evening. Rugged Durability Accidents happen, especially in classrooms, which is why the Chromebook 11 has been built to survive drops, knocks, spills and other day-to-day mishaps. Thanks to the ultra-rugged design with integrated bumpers and special drainage points underneath the keyboard, the Chromebook 11 is tested to survive drops of up to 122cm, spills of up to 330ml amongst other things.
