If the calls are not connected, check the following steps: make sure the Galaxy Watch Active is connected to a mobile device via Bluetooth. When the Galaxy Watch Active remote is connected to the mobile device, you cannot receive incoming calls. • Make sure the call lock number on the mobile device is not enabled for the phone number of the incoming call. • Make sure not disturbed. Night or cinema mode is activated. When one of the modes is activated, the touch screen cannot be turned on when you receive incoming calls. Press the home button or back button to turn on the screen and check the incoming call.
