VR Virtual Reality Headset for Cellphone Step into the immersive world of virtual reality with this versatile VR headset designed for both adults and kids. Experience your favorite 3D movies and games like never before with crystal-clear visuals and integrated Bluetooth foldable headphones that deliver an engaging audio experience. Use Instructions Troubleshooting Steps - VR Headset for Phone (Bluetooth Enabled) Applicable for: 4.7–6.2” Smartphones(full screen 6.5”) 1. Bluetooth & Audio Issues Symptom: Not discoverable, pairing fails, audio stutters or no sound. Steps: Charge headset 30+ mins (low power causes instability). Refresh phone Bluetooth (OFF, wait 10s, ON) and close unused apps. Keep phone within 1m (no obstacles). Reset headset (hold power 10s until red+blue flash, re-pair). Update phone OS. Set headset as default audio output and turn up volume on both devices. Disconnect other Bluetooth audio devices. 2. Charging Malfunction Symptom: No charging light, slow charging, no battery gain. Steps: Use certified Micro USB cable + 5V/500mA charger (avoid >2A fast chargers). Clean Type-C port with dry soft brush. Ensure full cable insertion. Test charger/cable with another device if no indicator light shows. 3. VR Display Issues Symptom: Blurry image, double vision, misaligned screen. Steps: Adjust holder to fit (4.7–6.2”/6.5” full screen) and center phone vertically and horizontally. Calibrate top focus dial slowly until clear (mild myopia friendly, no glasses needed). Clean lens with included microfiber cloth (no liquid cleaners). Set phone to full brightness. Disable auto-brightness in settings. 4. Fit & Comfort Issues Symptom: Slipping, strap discomfort, eye fatigue. Steps: Adjust head strap for snug fit (leave 1 finger gap for comfort). Use attached silicone forehead pad to reduce eye and nose pressure. Take 5-min breaks every 30 mins. Close eye cups to block external light. 5. Phone Compatibility Issues Symptom: Phone won't fit, VR black screen, cut-off image. Steps: Confirm phone size (4.7–6.2”/6.5” full screen only). Remove thick phone cases. Use VR-supported apps such as YouTube VR. Rotate to landscape mode and enable auto-rotate. Support: We offer unconditional returns and full refunds for unresolved issues. Response time: ≤12 hours (24/7). Contact via desertcart Buyer-Seller Messaging (send your order ID + issue description). Review: Grandson’s Favorite - Purchased this for my grandson as a born date gift to him. One of his favorite gifts. Review: Not worth it - Over priced piece of plastic don’t buy it
