In collaboration with SABIC, this is the first smartphone rear panel in the world made from an ISCC-certified biopolymer.After 12 months of R&D and over 1000 hours of color testing, we created this visually striking design replicating paper.

World's first biopolymer design
Derived from renewable resources such as paper pulp, SABIC’s biopolymer reduces carbon emissions during manufacturing of the rear panel by 35.5%.
Environmentally-responsible packaging
With a completely redesigned packaging, plastic has been reduced from 21.7% to just 0.3%. 100% of printing on the packaging uses soy oil ink-an environmentally-responsible option made from a renewable resource.

As recognition of its socially-responsible manufacturing process, GT 2 has received TCO 9.0 sustainability certification for its design and construction, complying with over 40 sustainability performance indicators.

We’ve skillfully packed the latest technology, including a huge battery, into a body just 8.6mm thin and 194.5g light.

Built using 5nm technology, the Snapdragon 888 5G provides a 25% increase in CPU performance and 35% increase in GPU performance over previous generations.

At 4129 mm², the stainless steel vapor chamber is 30% larger than the GT’s. It’s the biggest VC we’ve ever done.
We’ve put the core on ice
Composed of 8 layers, including our Diamond Thermal Gel which is 50-60% better than standard thermal paste at dissipating heat.
A lean, mean, 120Hz screen
You can select from 30, 60, 90 or 120Hz depending on what you’re doing. It has 1300 nits brightness, 100% P3 coverage, 5 million to 1 contrast ratio, and of course HDR10+ support. We’ve also included the amazing 1000Hz touch sampling rate to keep you one step ahead of the competition.
HyperSmart Antenna Switching
With 11 antennas around the body, GT 2 automatically selects the optimum antennas, giving you up to 200% stronger signals.
