27V2Q/27 Inch 1920 x 1080 75Hz-AOC have recently been dabbling in impressive feature-rich gaming monitors, most notably with their AGON line-up. But for users wanting something a bit more basic, they’ve also became rather adept over the years at producing stylish-looking models with good all-round performance and an agreeable price tag. The V2 is one such line-up, encompassing the 21.5 Inch 22V2Q, 23.8 Inch 24V2Q and 27 Inch 27V2Q. The monitors have a very minimalistic design, with a 3-side frameless design. This means that dual-stage bezels are used, with a thin panel border around the image (not visible in the press photo below) and a very slim hard outer component to the bezel. The bottom bezel is thicker but still reasonably svelte, covered with glossy black plastic. The OSD (On Screen Display) controls are also located here, facing downwards towards the right. The stand base adopts glossy black plastic, with a sculpted neck of “sturdy Inch (AOC’s words) metal.
