Zyxel XMG1915-10E 8-ports

The Zyxel XMG1915-10E is an 8-port 2.5GbE Smart Managed Switch with 2 SFP+ uplinks, bringing Multi-Gig speeds to small business and home networks without new cabling. All 8 RJ-45 ports support 100M/1G/2.5G auto-negotiation, compatible with existing Cat5e or Cat6 wiring, with automatic speed detection on each port. Two 1G SFP/10G SFP+ slots add backbone or server uplinks, and the 80 Gbps switching capacity with 59.5 Mpps forwarding handles full load across all ports without bottlenecks. VLAN is fully supported: 802.1Q Static and Dynamic VLANs, port-based VLAN, voice VLAN, and MAC-based VLAN give complete network segmentation control through the local web GUI. No special cables are needed beyond standard Cat5e or better; the switch ships with a power adapter and wall mount kit ready for immediate installation. A built-in web setup wizard covers all configuration options from first login. NebulaFlex lets the switch run standalone permanently with no cloud account required, or connect free to Zyxel Nebula Control Center for unified management of switches, access points, and firewalls from anywhere. This model ships with a wall mount kit and is best suited for desktop or wall placement; it does not include rack mount hardware. For gaming environments, the non-blocking fabric and QoS with 8 hardware queues per port reduce latency and prevent bandwidth contention between devices. This model does not include PoE; the XMG1915-10EP is the PoE variant in the same series for powering access points or cameras. Security features include DHCP snooping, SSH v2, SSL, RADIUS authentication, port isolation, and MAC filtering. The fanless design produces 0 dBA noise at as little as 5.45W idle draw.
