The hardware is excellent quality. The TP-Link Festa series hooks up to a free cloud based configuration controller that makes it very easy to configure and manage business networks built on this technology. My network is simple, just a Festa gateway and 2 Festa switches on a single site home lab. The cloud controller works very well for setting up and configuring my network, but I can see how it would be just as easy if I had multiple different sites that all had their own gateways and switches and WIFI hotspots with VPNs to send encrypted traffic between the sites. My only complaint, and the reason it gets a 4/5 instead of 5/5, is the documentation for the cloud controller is not as complete and well written as it could be, so leaning how to use the cloud controller was a project in itself BUT, once I had it down, it worked flawlessly and I couldn't have hoped it would be any better. (Warning: If you want to use this router as a standalone router and not hook it up to the Festa Cloud controller, then it will be much harder to configure and some of its features may be difficult or impossible to use)
