Processor is amazing, smoothies come out perfect, and the blender makes a killer margarita (add egg whites to make them fluffy). Lids don’t leak, and the customer service was awesome when I’m my first one would not get power to the unit. Worth it in the long run, but this one, not an underpowered POS. I have to say when my daughter went off to college I found a ninja smoothie version of this at Walmart and it was cheaper plastic and cheaper components and broke her first year there. I still think these companies make cheaper versions of their stuff for big box stores so that they can sell it at a lower price. This purchase was a quality ninja product.
