Review: Great product and fast shipping - I usually assume that
people who buy Sculpey clay know what to do with it so i didn't
plan to go too in depth about the clay itself.. It's a great
quality as expected from Sculpey. Work it a bit and it's one of
the softer clay that's easiest to work with. Baking directions
are on the top (for those of you looking for "instructions") as
well as the product number and color name. I ordered (5) 2oz
blocks and received them extremely quick from the shipper (Craft
Harbor) - i ordered them pretty late at night and were queued to
ship probably within the hour at most. As far as colors, i
ordered: 323 Emerald - Which isn't as dark as i'd hoping it would
be but still alright. I'd loop it in with the average idea of
"green" with a slight neon tint to it. 521 Lime - A bit brighter
than i had thought but i expected it to be bright so i'm not too
worried. It's the color you'd usually imagine for Sour Apple. 053
Chocolate - Not too dark of a brown like it seems in the photo.
It's literally the color of milk chocolate, thus the name. 093
Beige (x2) - It looks more of a pale creme or flesh toned
porcelain color, not the beige i was expecting. Still, it's fine
since i bought this tone for pieces i'd paint with acrylics
anyways. Fast shipping, great quality product. Only thing i'd say
is for those who are new to polymer clay, wanting to try new
colors, or unsure of a specific shade.. it's best to just make a
trip to your local craft store to get the exact color you're
looking for.
Review: Very nice! - This polymer clay is a very high quality.
Don't worry about the look of the old packaging, I assure you it
comes brand new. I was a little skeptical of buying it because I
thought it would come with the old packaging, and be very old and
crumbly. But it's actually very good, and high quality. Nice
color, too! Though, it's a big smaller than what I expected, it's
worth the price.
