I have been purchasing it for the past 2–3 years for my hotel, and the performance has been consistently reliable. So far, I have purchased more than 70 kettles, and almost all of them are working perfectly without any major issues. They heat water quickly and are very convenient for daily use in guest rooms. The build quality is good, and they are easy to operate and maintain. For hotel use where products are used frequently, durability is very important, and these kettles have performed really well. Overall, it’s a very nice and dependable electric kettle, suitable for both home and hotel use. Highly recommended. Review: Very poor quality . - We first got a defective piece , which we returned. It was replaced with another piece which I was initially pleased with but within a week of using it rust spots have begun to form within the kettle . The product cannot be returned . The design is good but the quality is very poor . One doesn’t expect such poor quality products from a company like Pigeon .What with all this “ Make in India “ - the quality of this kettle is worse than some of the cheap Chinese products . Highly disappointed. Probably will never buy any Pigeon products again .
