KEY FEATURES 12 preset cooking functions: air fry, bagel, bake, broil, dehydrate, freeze, grill, pizza, reheat, roast, toast and waffle. • On/Off button: turns the unit on or off. Turning off also stops any cooking functions. • Mute / Demute button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to mute the beep sounds. Repeat to cancel the silence. • Digital Control Button: Quickly and easily navigate temperature and time ranges with the ultra-sensitive control knob. • Linear Thermal Technology (Linear T): Bravo does not regulate cooking temperature by turning the heaters off and on. Continuously monitor temperature fluctuations and make constant adjustments every second to maintain the correct temperature. • Fan button: The default fan setting is FAN 3, which is the fastest setting. Each time the button is pressed, the fan speed setting will decrease. Fan 0 will turn off the fan.
