Really useful equipment to get knees/legs moving whilst in a sitting position from a chair. The large knob on the top can be tightened /loosened depending on difficulty level required. I have found it really useful for my knees and lower legs which had been stiff prior to use, after only 10-20 minutes daily. It’s easy to clean and small enough to store easily away. I would highly recommend.
