The machine
All Nespresso machines are equipped with a patented extraction system that allows up to 19 bar pressure. Each element - water pressure, temperature and extraction duration - has been calculated with great precision. This ensures the aromas from each Grand Cru coffee are fully expressed, giving the coffee body and creating an exceptionally thick and smooth crema.
Inissia represents simplicity at its best and is ideal for coffees lovers just starting out on their journey with Nespresso. Streamlined for maximum efficiency, this machine lives up to Nespresso's reputation for high end technology. Nespresso quality in a cup is assured by the Inissia 19 bar pressure extraction system. Optimally managing all factors - pressure, water temperature and quantity - it ensures high quality Nespresso Grands Crus, providing the ultimate, optimum coffee.
This compact and sleek machine offers no compromise on quality, as it features all of Nespresso's technology to allow for a 25 second heat up, ensuring you have your coffee immediately. Automatic pre-programmed coffee buttons guarantee the optimum coffee serving size each time for you and your guests. Weighing in at just 2.4 kg, it is a light machine in the Nespresso range and with a 0.7 L water tank capacity, proves that being small does not mean making compromises. The Inissia bundle will also include the Aeroccino3, and its folding drip tray allows for a perfect preparation of both coffee and milk recipes.
The coffee

Products of Nespresso Coffee Experts' experience and inspiration, they come from diverse origins and offer a variety of aromas. To achieve the optimum espresso, Nespresso Coffee Experts travel the world searching for only the finest green coffee beans, which offer the most exciting aromatic profiles. Only 1-2 % of the coffee grown globally meets their specific taste and aroma profiles and their high standards of quality. Nespresso then develops each blend from these beans and creates their specific roasting and grinding profiles.
The hermetically sealed aluminium capsules provide the optimum conditions to preserve and prevent oxidation of the 900 extremely volatile and sensitive aromas found in freshly-ground coffee. Simple in appearance, the capsule is the subject of continual technical improvement to optimise the machine's extraction of the coffee.
The club
When you buy a Nespresso machine, you become a member of the Nespresso Club, where you can conveniently order your Grand Cru capsules. The Club combines benefits, from free delivery to limited edition coffees, with the expert knowledge and advice of the Coffee Specialists with practical services to assist you.
The Nespresso Club is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you contact the Coffee Specialists by phone, online or in one of Nespresso's boutiques, they can answer all of your questions. Each machine is covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty. If your machine requires repair during the period of its guarantee, Nespresso will provide you with a loan machine, subject to availability.
The Nespresso commitment to sustainability
The Nespresso Ecolaboration programme sets out the company's commitment to sustainable. Through this programme, Nespresso can ensure the high quality of their coffee, whilst raising the living standards of producers, and respecting biodiversity. Today, Nespresso sources over 60% of its coffee through this programme.
Through its Ecolaboration programme, Nespresso has launched a recycling initiative for its capsules. Full recyclable, the used capsules can be collected at the same time as your coffee order is delivered or you can drop off your used capsules at one of the Nespresso Boutiques in London, Manchester or Birmingham.
