Review: Top quality stand mixer - The price matches the quality
of this stand mixer, and once you have one you'll finally
understand why they're so expensive compared to other brands
(it's the attachments, really.) It's very easy to clean by hand.
It has several speed settings and can mix basically anything
whether it's pie filling, cake mix, biscuit mix, brownies,
chicken dip, etc. I haven't used any of the attachments like the
pasta maker etc. but I'm sure they work well. I've had experience
using one for a few years before this so it feels intuitive to
me, but there isn't a lot to learn. There's a control to lift the
mixer head and one to put it back into position. Each of the
included mixer attachments (dough hook, wisk, etc.) attaches
simply by just locking on to the stand and comes off the same
way. After having one, I can't ever go back to using a hand mixer
or mixing things by actual hand - no way. It even makes the prep
times listed on recipes look slow.

deal. My wife and I have already put it through its paces. I made
9 batches of very heavy roll out cookie dough in it before a
Christmas party and it churned right through. I also have an
artisan that is a bit more powerful but this seems just as
