Well, I don't keep it within my reach and it doesn't miss a word. It stays out of sight and out of the way so I don't have to bother with it. It has a knob for sensitivity and a touch sensor for muting which is preferable for conference calls. It's better than expected and even works well messing around with AI voice cloning. Not bad for under twenty bucks. I think I've been using it for a month now. The only thing that could go wrong is if it falls apart but it feels solid so we will see. If it quits working I'll be back to edit this review to include the date even if it's years from now. Very pleased with my purchase and recommend to anyone trying to sort through all the garbage products for something of quality at a low price. (I didn't rate it for gaming because I use headphones but I may try it out just to see how it works.
