The sound is crystal clear, and the noise canceling microphone does very well at blocking background noise. I particularly appreciate that these headphones can connect three different ways. Using the USB connector dangler, or connecting via Bluetooth, or doing a wired direct connection. It's relieving to know that if there are any wireless connection issues, the headphones can be wire connected. I've been using it to work from home, and I have to say, these are of better quality than the Jabra headsets that my employer provides. (For context, I went through 3 of the Jabras in one year before deciding to order this one.) It's held up very well; it looks the same as the day I bought it. Nothing has worn out. Sound quality is good, both for taking phone calls and listening to music. The mute function is reliable, so I don't have to worry about needing to clear my throat, cough, or remind my kids that "mommy's working." Speaking of working from home with the kids, the noise cancellation on this headset is amazing. Any background noise is filtered out. I can type notes on my loud clickety clackety keyboard, my kids can scream to their hearts' content, and my customers can't hear a thing. It's also very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this headset. It may be the best headset I've ever used!
