• Customized Workout TypesThe device offers a multitude of workouts that you can easily customize, and add or remove as needed. Auto-Detect WorkoutsThis feature automatically identifies your workout status. You can enable this feature in the workout settings in order to receive prompts to record a workout when the band detects that you are exercising. You can either ignore the reminder or tap the notification to start the corresponding workout session. Currently, this feature can detect running, walking, elliptical, and rowing machine workouts. Automatic Workout PauseAutomatic workout pause is supported. Once enabled in the workout settings, the band detects when you stop and automatically pauses your workout with a vibration. When you resume, it seamlessly continues tracking. This feature is currently available for outdoor running and cycling. Running CoursesYour device comes with a variety of running courses that can guide you and record your workouts, helping you to stay more active each day.
• Activity RingsActivity rings track your daily activity and encourage you to achieve all three rings each day for a healthy lifestyle. Smart Heart Rate Monitoring and Heart Rate BroadcastsThe device features the PPG5.5 module, enabling heart rate monitoring. You can also enable the continuous heart rate monitoring feature in the Huawei Health app. When this feature is enabled, your band will monitor your heart rate continuously.When you start a workout session such as running, walking, or swimming, your band will measure your heart rate every second.When your heart rate exceeds the pre-set heart rate warning level, your band will vibrate to alert you.After HR Data Broadcasts is enabled, your wearable device will continuously measure your heart rate. You can share your heart rate with other devices or third-party apps that support this feature. Heart rate data obtained from single measurements will not be recorded or synced to the app. Only when Continuous heart rate monitoring is enabled will the results be synced to the app with a heart rate curve displayed. The heart rate measurement data should not be used for medical purposes.
• Pulse Wave Arrhythmia AnalysisThe pulse wave A-fib and premature beat alert software is certified as a Class II medical device. It is paired with an advanced PPG sensor to accurately detect arrhythmia risks. The band offers single and periodic measurements, risk alerts, and daily statistics. Results can show "No abnormalities," "Risk of premature beats," or "Risk of A-fib." Once a single measurement is completed on the band, the result is automatically synced to your phone in real time and displayed on your phone's lock screen or notification panel to alert you to potential risks of A-fib and/or premature beats. Results should not be used for medical purposes. Blood oxygen detectionThe device supports blood oxygen detection, offering both single and automatic measurements to track your SpO2 levels. Results should not be used for medical purposes. Sleep MonitoringThe device offers comprehensive sleep monitoring, covering the entire sleep cycle, to provide complete sleep status results and give you a full understanding of your sleep process. In addition, the Huawei Health app displays detailed sleep metrics, including average heart rate, SpO2, respiratory rate, and HRV during sleep, all on a single screen. Remote ShutterOnce you have connected your band to your phone, tap the Remote shutter app on the band to enable the phone's camera. Then tap on the photo-taking icon on your band to use your phone's camera to take photos. Remote shutter is only available in the band's app list when your band is paired and connected with your phone. To use this feature, ensure that the band is connected to your phone properly and that the Huawei Health app is running in the background. The band does not support previews or viewing the photo.
