Who's ready for a magical year in Hogwarts? At Monopoly Harry Potter, fans can slip into the role of Hogwarts students. At the beginning, each player chooses a golden toy figure. Then a house card is drawn to be assigned to one of the four houses. In this edition, the locations of Hogwarts and the house points replace the play money. Players move across the game plan and use their house points to explore famous locations in Hogwarts and the village of Hogsmeade. The more a player explores, the more house points they can collect from the other players. Players collect swatches to add to their house crest and draw owl postcards that change the course of the game with new events. The game ends when all locations have been explored. The player with the most house points wins! This strategic board game is fun for the whole family and a great gift for kids aged 8 and up, teenagers and adults who are fans of Harry Potter.
