In the 3rd Expansion dragon and fairy for the award-winning family game Carcassonne (Game of the Year 2001) is looking for you a hungry dragon. Prepare for his attacks, claim the protection of the fairy and reclaim areas with magical portals. Magic portals let you use Meeple anywhere and dragon symbols awaken the powerful dragon. Keep an eye on his trajectory before he chases away your Meeple - or protect it with the benevolent fairy. This expansion contains two river tiles: the new source divides the river into two river arms, while the double-sided lake plate houses a dragon hoard where the dragon lurks its next victims.

With this version, the classic gets a new look: all Carcassonne extensions shine fresh and impress with modern artwork and graphics. The cover illustrations of all 10 expansions together create a stunning panorama. The tiles have also been brightened, but remain in the usual design, and are therefore still compatible with the existing games and expansions. In addition, the instructions have been made clearer. In each expansion, there are small to large content changes - and another, collectable river tile.
