It sits solidly on the desk and has a bright light on the button to see where to mute when needed, with a red light showing clearly when muted. Installation was plug and play, with my laptop recognising it straight away, and other applications selecting it automatically after the first restart once set in their settings. It is useful for Teams, Discord, and work meetings, allowing more than one person to speak at the same time from the same PC, and the price is reasonable for what it offers. Review: A great budget option but hasn't convinced me on the lower cost option - A great budget option. The sound quality isn't amazing but it's good for the price you pay for it. It's a simple plug and go, some settings to make it your default recording device but very very simple installation. As a desk mic it is well out of the way so not going to get in your way. I personally prefer more expensive options and this doesn't quite match up to the quality of something in the higher end of microphones, but it does a very good job for the budget microphone market and I would definitely recommend it for this option.
