My old watch stopped taking a charge and my husband couldn't fix it, so ... we got this one instead. My major concern is the heart rate monitor and the step counter and those work great. In addition to that, this has a pulse oximeter, heart rate monitor and ... a sleep monitor! I'm not used to wearing a watch to bed, but just for fun, I tried it and it was interesting to see my sleep patterns... or rather, lack thereof. Neither of us own cellphones, but I do have an desertcart Fire that has access to the Play Store. We were able to load the app up on that and sync it with the watch. I was even able to get it to receive notifications from Sessions (a skype replacement). Everything works as it should. The battery held a charge for almost a week before I broke down and charged it. I'm sure it would have gone the full week, but ... I don't like my gadgets getting down low on battery juice. Oh... I see one of the recommended topics about which we should talk when reviewing this watch is "durability." lol.. I work in our small engine shop tearing down engines, doing tune-ups and generally anything to which you probably would NOT want to submit a high tech, delicate instrument such as this. And yet... I do. And it has taken a beating without showing any signs of distress! Tough little thing... just like me! This is just a really nice, inexpensive, watch with many of the bells and whistles that you would expect from more expensive brands. Review: Good watch for the price - Great little watch
