I decided I needed something that lifted my roots and gave my short gray hair body rather than just straightened it. The Farery Mini Thermal Brush does exactly that for a whole lot less $!! I really like that it is compact and lightweight - so easy to use! I used the middle heat setting the first time, but have switched to the lowest and it does the job. It controls all but one of my cowlicks - the hair behind my left ear is too short to wrap anything around. I wouldn’t recommend this for long hair - the barrel isn’t big enough to hold a lot of hair. Very happy with this purchase! Review: Loved this brush - This worked perfectly for me. I have very frizzy short to medium length hair. I've used it twice on my hair after drying naturally, and before applying any gels or smoothing creams. I was surprised how much easier it was to use after trying a different more expensive brand with a bigger handle and brush. I couldn't manage the big size of the handle on the brush but this one is perfect. Only issue is this. I couldn't figure out how to reach the company to ask a question. There is no number or email on the instruction booklet or on their website. That was very annoying but still worth the purchase. This will be my only brush as you can easily use it for more than travel.
