Noise canceling works well. I work from hm and have a newborn. Its definitely been tested during a meeting, while my baby was fussy in her crib. Worked like a charm. Comfortable fit Review: Over-the-ear is the way to go - I am often in a small office space with two other people working on the phones, as well. I needed a headphone/mic setup that would provide over-ear coverage so that I wasn’t distracted by the volume of the voices around me. I had hoped to find one with noise-cancelling headphones, but that doesn’t seem to exist in this category, or perhaps just not at my price point. This was the best that I found, and honestly, I find that I don’t mind the lack of noise cancelling. These are comfortable, easy to use (just plug and play) and the sound quality has been perfect. The only time people have had trouble hearing me on the other line has been when my office mate has had trouble keeping the volume of her voice in a normal range and verges on shouting within our small space - I think the mic noise-cancelling tries to over-correct for that, and in those cases I just move the mic a little closer to my mouth. I have been so grateful for these. I also had a need to connect with customer service recently and the care and attention they provided has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these to someone else in need of a similar fix.
