I have been two and throw with emails to Dreame with a constant reply from them that they are trying to update the firmware to enable voice control to work, I have had the Dreame Ls10 gen 3 for two weeks now and this has still not been corrected, that’s if it will at all ?? Not what I expected from a high end product. I will update this review if and when the firmware is updated and if the vacuum then works to spec bearing in mind if it’s not corrected soon I might give up waiting and send it back for another brand … very disappointed as the product should not be sold if it is unable to do what it claims it can do at the time of purchase Review: Excellent suction – once set up properly, it’s a game changer - This robot has very strong suction power and cleans really well, especially on carpets and corners. You can genuinely see the difference after one full clean. At the beginning, you must make sure the mapping is done properly. Clear cables and obstacles before the first mapping run, otherwise it may not work as expected. Take your time with the setup. You also need to explore the app and learn the settings. It takes a few days to understand all the features and customise it properly. Once you’ve done that, it works beautifully. After that? Just sit back, relax with a cappuccino or chai ☕ Alhamdulillah, it does the hard work for you. Highly recommended if you’re willing to spend a little time setting it up correctly.
