If you encounter connection issues with certain Samsung phones or specific car models, please follow the steps below to upgrade the software:

1.Connect the device to a USB 5V power source (e.g., mobile phone charger or car cigarette lighter).

2.After powering on, connect your smartphone to the device’s Wi-Fi (SSID: AIBox-BT-XXXX, password: 88888888).

3.Open a browser and visit the web address provided in the manual to access the backend system.

4.Perform software upgrades by clicking "Update" in the backend system.
