The mysterious antique dealer Randall Tillinghast made you an offer you couldn't refuse and you set out on a journey to the South Pacific with your fellow investigators to reach the huge alien city of R'lyeh. However, the more you explore as many horrors as you uncover, and when you feel a sense of imminent terror growing, you and all Arkham will face a colossal threat. The time has arrived. Cthulhu woke up, and Arkham will not be the same. In the expansion of the Submersive City campaign, one to four investigators will explore the mysterious and deadly city of R'lyeh that emerges from the ocean abyss. As you venture into the tomb ruins, you will climb the city's stolen foundations, scan funds for alien artifacts, navigate between incomprehensible machines and automobile corridors, and uncover an unassumed ancient history with the city. You will experience a unique story that will change depending on the investigators chosen, and culminate in a battle against Cthulhu himself!
