Review: Apple replacement - Replaced 10 year old Apple keyboard. Just as a 3 star hotel is no where as good as a 5 star hotel this keyboard doesn’t feel as good as the Apple keyboard but it is like the 3 star hotel inexpensive and is easy to use and the keyboard is responsive and is compatible with iOS and windows and looks ok whilst being fairly sturdy. So whilst it is compatible etc the bigger issue is that it feels much cheaper I initially marked it down for that which meant that Arteck customer care actually reached out to me and went out of their way to give me a good experience. That made me rethink the way I had initially viewed that because continuing the hotel analogy a 3 star hotel can still get a 5 point review because of great customer care. So in short the keyboard is cheaper and feels like that but the company do care about after care so do deserve a 4 overall and if there was a way of doing it a 5 for customer care! Well done.
