But no one helped me. I have talked to the person of the manufacturing company Aditya Infotech Ltd, but no solution was found for replacement off this item. this product is sold by CLICKTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, who seems not authorized dealer and send me a defect device and no one helped me regarding replacement of this item. This is a harrassment of the customer. I recommeded the veiwer not purchase any electronic item from desertcart and this vendors.
